Journal entry, 13 April 09
Hello everyone.  I haven't written a real update in a long time, so here goes.  I have been very busy this past year.  I
have been writing my book and working steady.  And for the question on everyone's mind.  Yes I am staying healthy.  I
still have no CHF or Diabetes.  The walk  across America really did cure me.  

I have started a new yahoo group.  There is a link on my home page if you would like to join.  I hope to share with others
what has made me healthy again and just maybe it can benefit others with CHF or other heart disease.

I will keep everyone updated on when my book will be published.  I know there are a lot of you that are looking forward to
reading it.  You will not be disappointed!
